How our service works
If a client decides to employ our company to build their villa we must first get our legal team to ensure that all the legal title to the plot is in order.
We must then discuss with the client what type of villa they require and we must then get our design team to draw up plans and engineering drawings to present to the ERC in order to get the building licence.
On receipt of the building licence we are then in a position to start the building process which is done in three phases.
In the first phase we layout and level the site and put in the foundations. We build up the various floors to the regulation height. This first phase is known as the skeleton.
This involves constructing all the walls internally and externally, dividing up all the rooms, putting in place all cables and pipes for water, electrical, satellite, heating etc. Plastering all the walls internal and external.
This phase is the finishing and involves applying the ERC for the finishing licence. On receipt of the finishing licence we proceed to finish your villa.
This involves all painting internal and external, all tiling, fitting all bathroom ware, finishing of swimming pool (if required) and gardens.
We also provide an interior design service to help you furnish and layout your villa if required.
